Fused cast zirconia blocks are high zirconia refractories made by melting high purity raw materials through special casting process.

The crystalline structure of fused cast zirconia block is mainly composed of baddeleyite, so it has extremely high corrosion resistance, low foaming rate and stone rate characteristics, these advantages can prevent the contamination of the molten glass.

Fused cast zirconia block can be widely used in various glass furnaces, especially high quality and special glass furnaces, such as liquid crystal substrate glass furnace, high alumina glass furnace, borosilicate glass furnace, halogen lighting glass furnace, glass ceramic furnace, glass fiber furnace etc.

Zirconia refractory products are produced with PLC programmed special electric furnace and special material incubator.During casting, the shrinkage cavity is concentrated at the big casting mouth. After cooling, the big casting mouth is cut off, and a compact non shrinkage cavity block is obtained after molding. This casting method is generally used for cast zirconia block products.
